There is a close symbiotic relationship among digital finance, rural and agriculture. The three promote influence each other to jointly drive revitalization agricultural modernization. Using panel data from 30 provinces in China spanning 2015 2021, this paper quantitatively analyzes the dynamic characteristics, spatial patterns, driving mechanisms of agriculture, their relationships through coupling coordination degree model (CCDM) geographically temporally weighted regression (GTWR). study shows that between finance dominated by coordinate quasi relationship. evolution indices diversified, with emergence variety patterns such as continuously declining, fluctuating upward, relatively stable, L-shaped, inverted U-shaped, W-shaped, V-shaped, tilted Z-shaped, M-shaped, its changes exhibit significant variability, agglomeration correlation. mechanism complicated, nature intensity factors are regional time-varying. Except for fiscal self-sufficiency rate, which plays long-term positive promotion role, most exert mixed effects (both promoting negative inhibitory). For reason, it recommended government should change trend management, balancing weak strong interventions. And also accelerate transformation development policies toward policies, scientifically delineate geographical zones, establish alliances, enable leading regions demonstrate exemplary value, while helping assisting those underdeveloped quickly achieve breakthrough areas distinctive advantages. In addition, design digitalization policy portfolio according mechanism, focusing on synergistic key factors.

The objective of this research is to explore the impact mechanism agricultural digital transformation in alleviating mismatch land resources and provide an effective path for formation new quality productivity. In the current study, an index system for digital agriculture growth was constructed. The encompasses six key dimensions, namely production, operation, service, management, sustainability, and information infrastructure. Data from 30 Chinese provinces between 2011 2020 were collected analyzed using entropy method, Moran index, Dagum’s Gini coefficient, kernel density estimate. An in-depth analysis of development level spatial patterns, dynamic evolution intra- inter-regional differences in China (i.e., eastern, western, central regions) conducted. An agrotechnological district (ATD) integrates sustainable agricultural practices and technologies, aiming to transform rural communities by stimulating socioeconomic development addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Ingaí, a dairy-producing municipality in Minas Gerais, Brazil, stands benefit from implementation of an ATD. This study aimed identify opportunities challenges for ATD municipality, considering its characteristics, level producers’ technological adoption, connectivity infrastructure, support networks, market management. The method was based on exploratory case study, using semi-structured group interviews data collection, conducted March 2024, with stakeholders. As result, key emerged: limited infrastructure; ineffective property management; family succession problems; barriers accessing credit; resistance adoption technologies; dependence local government. Opportunities included strengthening networks among agents productive activity; promotion technology producers; creating training extension programs. these initiatives can stimulate Ingaí’s economic social development, generate multiplier effects region influence, serve as model other state main dairy hub country, one primary drivers Brazilian agribusiness.
