Purpose This study was conducted to assess the alignment of strategic plans Cavendish banana grower cooperatives business excellence models (BEMs) and determine its financial impact elucidate performance respective cooperatives. is anchored on primary objectives cooperative sustainability, expansion sustained competitiveness, all which are significantly impacted by plans.
