A healthy rural ecosystem ensures a win–win situation for both economic growth and ecological conservation. However, the impact of land use changes at level on health remains unclear. This study focuses scale Zheng–Bian–Luo, analyzing in from 2000 to 2020. Using “Ecosystem Vigor-Organization-Resilience-Services” model, evaluates spatiotemporal patterns health. The Patch-generating Land Use Simulation (PLUS) model was employed simulate 2035 under three scenarios: Natural Development (ND), Ecological Protection (EP), Cropland (CP). findings are as follows: (1) From 2020, area cultivated Zheng–Bian–Luo areas decreased, forest first decreased then increased. (2) During period, improved vigor, organization, services Low-value showed shrinking trend, most notably Kaifeng. (3) By 2035, EP scenario, increased by 76.794 km2, while it CP ND scenarios. Construction an increasing trend all scenarios, with scenario seeing largest increase 718.007 km2.
