The present study aimed to evaluate the multivariate relationships between variables related burnout and job stress in healthcare workers, evaluating whether these dimensions, personal factors (age, seniority of service), work–family balance (overwork unused vacation days accumulated overtime hours) change when worker is engaged double-caregiving activities. Indeed, twofold activities home caregiving caring at work might expose workers challenging situations. To accomplish our aim, we carried out network analyses on data from 466 (77.90% females). Participants completed Link Burnout Questionnaire (LBQ) Job Satisfaction Scale (OSI). Contrary expectations, work–life played a marginal role with respect satisfaction risk for whole sample. In addition, no significant differences emerged who reported dual-caregiving tasks compared those did not. However, some peculiar aspects relationship two subsamples. results enable an understanding interactions among assessed allow hypothesizing interventions sustainability dual-care tasks.

The study aims investigate the spillover effects work–family conflict on job-related consequences, specifically stress burnout, which subsequently shape work attitudes with occupational experience examined moderating variable. Data were collected 450 Thai through survey questionnaire, path analysis technique was employed for data analysis. findings revealed that significantly influenced stress, which, in turn, key predictor burnout.
