Abstract In this paper, we first constructed the social practice parenting path of rural revitalization in colleges and universities formulated integration strategy universities. Then, a ridge regression analysis model was constructed, parameters were estimated. based on model, overall willingness college students to participate explored, factors affecting students’ participation analyzed terms pull, push, individual factors. Finally, evaluation system for implementation effect using hierarchical method, people’s satisfaction with analyzed. This systematic review evaluates China’s Rural Revitalization Policy, focusing on sustainable agriculture, food security, and poverty alleviation initiatives from 2010 to 2024. The study addresses critical gaps in understanding how these combined efforts impact long-term security ecological sustainability impoverished areas, moving beyond the short-term outcomes often emphasized existing literature. Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, we reviewed 33 peer-reviewed publications Web of Science Scopus databases, employing bibliometric analyses RStudio assess citation patterns, collaboration networks, thematic evolution. Our analysis reveals significant progress across three interconnected domains. First, achieved a 12.3% reduction rural through integrated agricultural modernization targeted support programs. Second, productivity increased by 9.8% technological integration farming practices, strengthening outcomes. Third, environmental improved notably, with 15.7% increase clean water access, demonstrating successful balance between economic growth protection. China emerged as largest contributor (15.2%) research this field, substantial international (42.4% involving cross-border co-authorship). Despite achievements, regional disparities persist, particularly eastern western regions, where interventions are needed. findings highlight need for regionally tailored approaches: regions require focus intensification, fundamental infrastructure development, central would benefit strengthened urban–rural linkages. provides valuable insights policymakers researchers working development while identifying areas requiring further research, assessments climate resilience strategies.

Examining the relationship and its dynamics between green finance rural revitalisation is crucial for achieving an equitable, sustainable economy low-carbon transition. Assessing rural habitat suitability and its connection to land response is a vital tool for understanding the socio-economic environmental challenges in areas tailored local contexts. This study fills existing research gaps by examining of habitats Anhui Province, opening pathways reveal how sustainability may connect land. Using autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model, it analyzes short- long-term effects factors on across various counties. Additionally, descriptive analysis explores linking use responses. The findings that greening, village planning, housing area per resident positively influence both short long term. In China, the “land-restructuring” policy provides balanced land for urban settlements that is strictly limited in expansion. Therefore, reassessing and adjusting layout of rural great practical significance promoting revitalization. this paper, taking Xian’an district Hubei Province as an example, we use weighted rank-sum ratio comprehensive evaluation method spatial association analysis to analyze development level pattern settlements. The results show that: (1) shows obvious differences, with a ‘high core–low periphery’ northwest–low southeast’, which result combined effect natural geographical conditions socioeconomic conditions; (2) settlements, evaluated based on four major indicators—population size, resource endowment, characteristics, material construction—reveals presence cluster effects, distance decay administrative hierarchy “long board” effects; (3) Within village communities, significantly high levels low have similar geographic distribution mosaic patterns.
