This study investigates the service quality of transatlantic cruises by applying SERVQUAL model combined with Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and gap analysis. Transatlantic are a unique segment within rapidly growing cruise tourism industry, where high is crucial for customer satisfaction loyalty. Despite its importance, empirical research robust frameworks to this specific sector still limited. utilizes quantitative survey approach using structured questionnaire. Gap analysis revealed negative gaps across all five dimensions, indicating that passenger's perceptions consistently fell short their expectations. The Responsiveness, Reliability, Empathy dimensions showed largest highlighting critical areas improvement. A modified IPA identified attributes requiring immediate attention, such as timeliness staff responsiveness passenger requests. A hazard zoning map is the most essential tool during crisis management cycle’s prevention and risk reduction phase. In this study, a geographic information system (GIS) applied to of ports through preparation in Jazan Port, Saudi Arabia, using novel integrated model fuzzy hierarchical analysis process emotional artificial neural network (FAHP-EANN). The objective more accurately identify highly potential zones port hybrid techniques, which mitigates associated life financial damages proper probable hazard. Bibliometric Analysis of Sustainable Development Goals in Educational Research: Trends and Interdisciplinary Insights DOI

Abstract This study conducts a pioneering bibliometric analysis of SDG-related educational research (2015–2025), using Scopus, Web Science, SciELO, and grey literature to map publication trends, collaboration networks, thematic clusters. Employing Systems Thinking, we analyzed 160 studies with VOSviewer, Bibliometrix, qualitative content 15 diverse studies, including case from Kenya Mexico. Findings show 12.5% annual growth, peaking at 512 articles in 2023, SDG 4 (Quality Education) intersecting SDGs 3, 5, 10, 11, 13, 17 through inclusive education, digital learning, early childhood informal culturally responsive teaching, artificial intelligence (AI). A shift AI-driven education (2022–2025) reflects post-COVID-19 priorities. Global disparities highlight inequities. With multilingual insights actionable strategies, this advances Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) by addressing divides, equitable partnerships, AI integration, supporting the 2030 Agenda.

Sektor pengangkutan memainkan peranan yang signifikan dalam kehidupan seharian masyarakat bagi memenuhi tuntutan keperluan moden di kawasan bandar mengutamakan kepantasan urusan kehidupan. Oleh itu, Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) diperkenalkan sebagai alternatif dan mampan kepada orang ramai. Namun begitu, kelemahannya dari segi aksesibiliti, mobiliti ketersambungan perkhidmatan seperti mana dilaporkan akhbar internet. Perkara ini telah menjejaskan harian pengguna untuk bekerja, belajar, membeli-belah, berhibur berekreasi serta lain-lain aktiviti mereka. Justeru, kajian bertujuan mengetahui tahap prestasi rangkaian awam MRT menganalisis hubungan pengaruhnya terhadap kualiti hidup pengguna. Kajian mengaplikasikan Konsep CAM ( connectivity, accessibility and mobility ) mengukur ketiga-tiga elemen tersebut dipilih berkualiti, cekap efisien saling melengkapi berhubung antara satu sama lain. kuantitatif menggunakan borang soal selidik melibatkan 386 Laluan Kajang Putrajaya responden berdasarkan kaedah persampelan bertujuan.
