Native ectomycorrhizal fungi (ECMF) are generally more effective than non-native ECMF in facilitating the phytoremediation of heavy metal (HM) ions from contaminated soils. This study aimed to investigate contributions four species—Suillus luteus, Suillus flavidus, variegatus, and Gomphidius glutinosus—that were isolated mining areas growth, water status, photosynthesis, metallothionein gene expression Populus alba exposed varying concentrations lead (Pb). The experiment lasted two months involved P. cuttings subjected Pb 0, 200, 400 mg kg−1, representing no stress, moderate severe respectively. Results indicated that S. flavidus significantly enhanced photosynthesis parameters, under whereas luteus only exhibited positive effects stress. variegatus negatively affected while significant difference was observed between control treatment G. glutinosus symbiosis. Therefore, promising species for ecological restoration areas, especially woodlands.

In recent years, the increase in pollutants has caused environment to be exposed pollution. Heavy metals (HMs) carry irreparable risks due their accumulation and non-biodegradability. Soil contamination with HMs causes plants animals ultimately effects on human health. Due toxic nature of HMs, very trace amounts them can cause problems. Improper disposal waste, sewage, pesticides, automobiles, steelmaking activities, coal mines, thermal power are main sources emissions. Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is staple food most population many countries. Unfortunately, rice ability accumulate metals, hence if contaminated, it have a negative effect health quality life people. this study, soil been investigated. Also, some removal processes (physical, chemical, phytoremediation, microbial remediation) from

Abstract This study delves into how consumers view and choose between conventional agri food items focusing on the factors that influence their purchasing decisions amidst growing concerns about climate change sustainability. By gathering insights from a focus group of 21 individuals, research uncovers clear preference for products due to perceived health environmental advantages. Consumers recognize quality, taste nutritional value items, which justifies higher price points. Nonetheless challenges like affordability, limited availability lack information pose obstacles adoption. The paper underscores importance an approach promote product consumption through government initiatives awareness efforts, education programs cost saving production methods.
