In
recent
years,
the
increase
in
pollutants
has
caused
environment
to
be
exposed
pollution.
Heavy
metals
(HMs)
carry
irreparable
risks
due
their
accumulation
and
non-biodegradability.
Soil
contamination
with
HMs
causes
plants
animals
ultimately
effects
on
human
health.
Due
toxic
nature
of
HMs,
very
trace
amounts
them
can
cause
problems.
Improper
disposal
waste,
sewage,
pesticides,
automobiles,
steelmaking
activities,
coal
mines,
thermal
power
are
main
sources
emissions.
Rice
(Oryza
sativa
L.)
is
staple
food
most
population
many
countries.
Unfortunately,
rice
ability
accumulate
metals,
hence
if
contaminated,
it
have
a
negative
effect
health
quality
life
people.

from

focus
group
of
21
individuals,
research
uncovers
clear
preference
for
products
due
to
perceived
health
environmental
advantages.
Consumers
recognize
quality,
taste
nutritional
value
items,
which
justifies
higher
price
points.
Nonetheless
challenges
like
affordability,
limited
availability
lack
information
pose
obstacles
adoption.
The
paper
underscores
importance
an
approach
promote
product
consumption
through
government
initiatives
awareness
efforts,
education
programs
cost
saving
production
methods.

Native
ectomycorrhizal
fungi
(ECMF)
are
generally
more
effective
than
non-native
ECMF
in
facilitating
the
phytoremediation
of
heavy
metal
(HM)
ions
from
contaminated
soils.
This
study
aimed
to
investigate
contributions
four
species—Suillus
luteus,
Suillus
flavidus,
variegatus,
and
Gomphidius
glutinosus—that
were
isolated
mining
areas
growth,
water
status,
photosynthesis,
metallothionein
gene
expression
Populus
alba
exposed
varying
concentrations
lead
(Pb).
The
experiment
lasted
two
months
involved
P.
cuttings
subjected
Pb
0,
200,
400
mg
kg−1,
representing
no
stress,
moderate
severe
respectively.
Results
indicated
that
S.
flavidus
significantly
enhanced
photosynthesis
parameters,
under
whereas
luteus
only
exhibited
positive
effects
stress.
variegatus
negatively
affected
while
significant
difference
was
observed
between
control
treatment
G.
glutinosus
symbiosis.
Therefore,
promising
species
for
ecological
restoration
areas,
especially
woodlands.
