Mass building projects play a key role in the economic prosperity of any country. Furthermore, these are among main drivers environmental and social problems. In recent years, with spread concept sustainable development life cycle construction dynamic eventful nature projects, issue risk management industry has received more attention researchers. The industry, like other industries, faces various risks. Therefore, it is crucial to identify evaluate risks mass due high volume work. this study, an integrated model based on fuzzy Shannon entropy EDAS proposed for assessment large-scale projects. Initially, by reviewing related articles, 66 effective sub-indicators identified classified into 18 categories, including 6 external 12 internal Subsequently, questionnaire designed assess three factors detection, probability occurrence, severity each index. In the current context, organizations face an important challenge in managing risks related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. This research presents a general method for prioritizing organizational with focus on sustainability based characterization of five typologies their respective sub-risks, analysis global reports. Subsequently, paired surveys are administered group experts from various sectors, who assign importance sub-risks. Their responses serve as basis prioritization these risks, using VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) method, which highlights following most relevant sub-risks each type risk: (1) Lack ethics conduct business (geopolitical risk); (2) Deficit economic growth (economic (3) Chemical safety (social (4) Massive data fraud or theft incidents (technological (5) Water depletion (environmental risk). In a continuously dynamic economy, both risk management and sustainability are elements that must be constantly monitored. This study analyzes the link between management, sustainability, financial performance of companies through systematic literature review key articles from bibliographic databases. A total 9092 publications indexed in Web Science database (2020–2024) were analyzed using bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer.
