Many regular business operations are transforming into digital services, increasing advanced multi-platforms, rapid operational alignment, flexibility, and environmental impact through energy consumption, hardware waste, technology investments. Flexible sustainable system development models emphasizing efficiency can help innovate software as servicing applications shift. This research is motivated by the need to improve consumption in early design due rising technological sustainability demands. Although effective iterative stakeholder engagement, traditional Agile methodologies often struggle with long-term efficiency. Extended Agile, combining layered architecture, aspect-oriented frameworks (ALAI), promises modularity, maintainability, sustainability. study’s findings not just theoretical, but also practically relevant, they explore of ALAI methodologies, using graduate admission information services (GAISS) an example. GAISS a complex that handles entire process admissions, from application submission final decision.
