Many regular business operations are transforming into digital services, increasing advanced multi-platforms, rapid operational alignment, flexibility, and environmental impact through energy consumption, hardware waste, technology investments. Flexible sustainable system development models emphasizing efficiency can help innovate software as servicing applications shift. This research is motivated by the need to improve consumption in early design due rising technological sustainability demands. Although effective iterative stakeholder engagement, traditional Agile methodologies often struggle with long-term efficiency. Self-service machines provide round-the-clock access to various services, enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waiting times, and minimizing human errors. However, their design has traditionally prioritized business functionality user experience, with minimal attention sustainability principles. As finite resources environmental concerns gain prominence, embedding into self-service machine is crucial for promoting resource protection, social responsibility. Current sustainable product methods tend focus on features, often overlooking the multidimensional requirements necessary a balanced approach. Addressing this gap, study proposes an enhanced requirement-oriented quality function deployment method, which uses multiple one-dimensional of houses independently process across different dimensions. This approach effectively reduces complexity associated traditional deployment, enabling more comprehensive strategically aligned process. By prioritizing key dimensions, method offers robust framework developing machines, aligning outcomes goals.
