Objectives This study aimed to explore the views and expectations of medical students faculty members on blended learning following university-wide teaching reforms, focusing its influence self-directed (SDL) educational effectiveness. Design A qualitative employing grounded theory methodology with semistructured individual group interviews. Setting tertiary university after institution-wide reforms. Participants One administrator, 11 30 third-year preclinical were recruited participate in study. Results The analysis student perceptions yielded two core categories from three students. Faculty highlighted comparison between face-to-face online instruction, emphasising students’ attitudes, SDL abilities, teachers' beliefs strategies outcomes. Students shared their preferences challenges SDL, identifying management methods as key factors impacting success. Conclusions highlights that teachers’ positive enhance success, while fostering skills along addressing needs, is effective strategies.

This research aims to develop Google Sites learning media on the subject of class X viruses improve communication skills and technological literacy State High School students in Samarinda. The type used is Research Development (R&D) with Sugiyono development model. This study examines the correlation between teachers' digital phobia and effectiveness of blended learning in Ibadan Metropolis, Oyo State, Nigeria. Through a multistage sampling process involving 186 teachers from private public secondary schools, research sheds light on various aspects. It highlights predominance female teachers, with schools hosting majority educators. Notably, social media tools like WhatsApp are extensively used for instructional purposes schools.
