Our findings reveal several key insights: (1) significantly contributes enhancing (2) It shown regression results sub-indexes government’s that innovative green industry can be accelerated strongly by capacity, while improved non-state-owned economy, factor market, intermediary organizations, legal system. (3) mechanism analysis stipulate regional competition, industrial structure upgrading, improve level informatization, eventually This comprehensive sheds light intricate relationship between quality, offering novel research perspective valuable reference points policymakers scholars engaged construction sustainable strategies.

In the context of coordinated development Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei, examining spatial connections and network structure characteristics tourism economy holds substantial theoretical practical significance. This study constructs a economic quality evaluation index system from four dimensions optimizes gravity model by incorporating time distance weight factors to dynamically simulate intensity connection (ITESC). Based on new perspective relational data, social analysis is employed investigate correlation group changes in within Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei urban agglomeration (BTHUA). The results demonstrate significant improvement overall 2013 2022, with average increasing 0.128 0.157 2022. Tourism are prevalent among cities, exhibiting heterogeneous characteristics, characterized density north relatively sparse south. cohesion ITESC strengthens, evolves highly centralized multi-centralized configuration, increasingly frequent cooperation interaction between cities. Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang occupy central positions network, strong high degree connectivity, generating “trickle-down effect” peripheral Consequently, strengthening cities core areas, as well enhancing bidirectional spillover crucial for future sustainable BTHUA.
