With
the
exponential
growth
of
world
population
and
decline
in
agricultural
production
due
to
global
warming,
it
is
predicted
that
there
will
be
an
inevitable
shortage
food
meat
resources
future.
The
consumption,
which
reached
328
million
tons
2021,
expected
increase
by
about
70%
2050,
existing
livestock
industry,
utilizes
limited
resources,
having
difficulty
meeting
demand.
Accordingly,
cultured
produced

laboratory,
edible
insects
consumed
after
cooking

processing,
plant-based
processed
extracting
proteins
from
plants
have
been
proposed
as
sustainable
alternatives.

protein

popularity
among
