Abstract The problems of cost control in the development process construction industry are endless, and control, as a core task project management, has decisive role realization economic benefits. This paper combines DEMATEL method WBS work breakdown structure to screen decompose factors affecting under theory. Then, BIM5D technology is introduced construct refined model based on combination earned value BIM technology, which BIM-5D can become its grassroots database combined with provide basic data for monitoring, early warning, correction prediction, realize an effective costs. case study shows that enterprise infrastructure, human resource internal logistics, procurement bidding, cooperative competitive relationships, development, construction, completion acceptance, subsequent maintenance services all affect civil engineering effectively progress status, play good effect schedule-cost synergistic support management decisions constructor stage.
