With environmental protection awareness increasing, green innovation has become a key way for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Research trends on employee behavior are an important basis formulating incentive measures and foundation further exploring innovation. However, due the large amount of literature behavior, obtaining research directly related takes time effort. To solve this problem, paper relevant published from 2009 2024 as object. It uses CiteSpace software study number change analysis literature, distribution region influence main authors keyword analysis, high-frequency word analysis. The results show that publication been steadily increasing since 2018, mainly focuses impact motivations, emotional factors, performance results, self-energy efficiency, other aspects behavior. Based summaries suggestions given provide references subsequent in paper.

In the rapidly evolving digital environment, organizations face increasing pressure to adapt technological advancements while ensuring long-term sustainability. This study was motivated by critical need understand how human resource (HR) leadership can effectively foster skills development drive economic sustainable development. Recognizing that competencies are now essential for organizational resilience and competitiveness, this research explores interplay between HR leadership, acquisition, employed SERVQUAL tool assess gaps employee expectations perceptions across key demographic variables, including age, education level, employment status. Data collected from 476 participants several European Union countries underscore significant influence of factors on these perceptions. The findings reveal a high alignment perceptions, reflecting importance in bridging gap. Moreover, highlights necessity integrating practices ensure transformation contributes not only immediate goals but also provides valuable insights into role navigating challenges era, ultimately offering framework fostering skilled, adaptable, sustainably oriented workforce.

This study analyzes the influence of organizational trust and readiness for change on employee performance directly through job crafting mediation. was conducted at PT Saudara Buana Samudera Medan using a quantitative survey-based approach. The data were collected questionnaires filled out by 78 permanent employees proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Path analysis SEM-PLS method. results showed that significantly affected performance.
