This study investigates the effects of mediations economic utility and moderation perceived risk on supply chain performance as determined by organization factors (innovation, organizational culture, employee motivation) in Egyptian Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry. Although previous research has identified an excess affecting performance, limited were studies trying to establish relationships among those factors, especially emerging economies. Thus, a quantitative approach was adopted, using structured questionnaire, which distributed 382 FMCG professionals Egypt. Data analyzed structural equation modeling (SEM) test relations between hypothesized variables. The results provide evidence that innovation motivation have positive impact performance; however, no significant impact. Economic partially mediates this relationship, time is far strongest mediator. Furthermore, moderates culture thus creating necessity for management. Such information will benefit managers through considering agility, time-efficient drivers, reduction strategies. adds literature providing broad framework integrating utility, within systems developing markets.
