ABSTRACT
This
research
investigates
the
complex
relationships
between
digital
orientation,
entrepreneurial
competency,
and
strategic
change,
their
impact
on
sustainable
business
performance.
It
also
explores
how
competitive
advantage
flexible
resources
moderate
link
change
performance
outcomes
in
dynamic
environments.
The
authors
collected
survey
data
from
349
small
medium‐sized
enterprises
(SMEs)
to
test
proposed
model.
They
then
used
partial
least
squares
structural
equation
modelling
(PLS‐SEM)
with
SmartPLS
4
software
analyze
variables.
findings
reveal
that
orientation
strongly
drives
