China is currently undergoing a phase of high-quality development, with increasing emphasis on the circular economy, energy conservation, and environmental protection by both government enterprises. This paper examines secondary supply chain comprising manufacturers retailers, focusing three decision-making models: one where manufacturer channel leader, retailer parties have equal power. The study investigates impact misrepresenting their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) information challenges associated recycling efforts optimal performance chain. findings reveal that when lead chain, they do not misrepresent private information. However, retailers dominate, tend to underreport CSR levels difficulty efforts. In scenarios power, misreport but levels. misreporting benefits at expense overall profitability, while also discouraging used products. Across all power structures, shows retailers’ marketing decrease as misrepresentation increases, increase increases. To mitigate effects manufacturers’ under asymmetry, proposes revenue-sharing contracts two-part pricing coordinate closed-loop different structures. Both are shown achieve Pareto improvements within research provides valuable insights for enterprises operating chains, highlighting importance enhancing communication cooperation bridge gaps ensuring coordina.

Environmental protection and low-carbon life are the focus of global attention. This paper adopts Stackelberg’s game method to discuss channel selection. Two decision models involved: (1) model P represents dual-channel structure manufacturer, (2) O retailer. We examined optimal pricing strategy, profit distribution among stakeholders. research showed that, compared O, D always sells more products, has a higher (manufacturer)/lower (retailer) profits than O. The retailer’s offline price exhibits linear decline. At point intersection (0.28, 45.5), in both converge an identical value. From environmental perspective, is environmentally friendly when unit carbon small. Furthermore, emission reduction rate if consumers’ online preference coefficient not high D. Through lens social welfare, sales strategies employed yield welfare benefits those For entire supply chain, choice they on performance welfare. provides application guidance for sustainable development enterprises.

Abstract This study aims to analyse the relationship between e-commerce and business sustainability of supply chain, as well digital marketing variables chain. The method used in this is an associative strategy: financial performance, Digital banking performance SMEs. research a quantitative approach. uses purposive sampling technique because carried out with specific considerations or criteria that must be met. data collection was by distributing questionnaires online through social media. Respondents were 668 SME owners Indonesia. scale measure interval 1 - 5, from strongly disagree agree strongly. questionnaire providing several written statements addressed respondents, which will then answered. Structural equation modelling often called Partial Squares Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) SmartPLS version 3.0. results show E-Commerce variable has positive effect on impact chain significant performance.
