Purpose: As organizations increasingly emphasize sustainability, understanding how leadership styles affect employee engagement becomes crucial. This research aims to analyze the effect of transformational on commitment sustainable practices, highlighting mediating role occupational delight. Methodology: study adopted a causal-comparative design and quantitative approach. It collected data from bank employees with different job responsibilities analyzed it using descriptive inferential statistics following PROCESS Macro. This study examines the impact of transformational and transactional leadership styles on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara 1 Regional 7. Employee is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals, style plays significant role shaping motivation productivity. Using quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 employees across four divisions. The findings indicate that positively influences engagement, while ensures task completion structured reward penalty mechanisms. concludes combination both leads optimal performance, balancing innovation with efficiency.

The objective of this study was to document an experience training community environmental leaders in the context sustainable development localities surrounding Chautengo Lagoon, Guerrero, Mexico. Specifically, we explored epistemological, theoretical, deontological, and pedagogical–didactic components that must be considered when designing a process for rural contexts. A mixed, descriptive, transversal approach used articulate scientific knowledge with local knowledge. Twelve semi-structured interviews identified potential leaders, while nineteen surveys assessed needs. Subsequently, tailored capacity-building program designed, implemented, evaluated, which empirical communities practices. total 19 organizational mobilization skills were trained, successfully engaging 1500 people cleanup campaign. covered key topics such as management, education sustainability, governance, resulting formation advocacy committee. Participants rated positively its design (90%), content, materials, facilitator performance (71%), duration (67%). This contributes understanding leadership Latin America highlighting value tool governance social change. This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) and Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Environmental Performance Innovation, as well relationship between Innovation Performance. uses a quantitative approach with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method, mediating variable. The primary data collected through questionnaires from 110 employees PT Induksarana Kemasindo. results show that GHRM GTL have significant role in improving environmental performance green innovation (Green Innovation) at PT. However, does not function significantly mediator GTL, GHR, performance.
