This study, grounded in the Total Factor Productivity (TFP) theoretical framework, examines impact of digital infrastructure on productivity Tibet’s cultural industry from 2011 to 2021. It aims uncover how innovative allocation production factors can enhance new-quality productivity. The core aspect is improvement TFP, with promoting industry’s development by optimizing industrial agglomeration, improving logistics efficiency, and reducing urban-rural consumption gap. findings suggest that while leads geographic dispersion industry—challenging traditional agglomeration theory—it significantly enhances efficiency within unique socio-economic context. Moreover, despite region’s geographical constraints platforms effectively reduce gap, market access quality services remote areas. Additionally, helps bridge divide between urban rural areas, further fostering balanced regional inclusion. From a perspective, this study reveals key pathways productivity, offering both foundations for policymakers practical guidance industries similarly structured regions.
