With the widespread adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), demand for reliable and user-friendly charging infrastructure has increased significantly. However, user dissatisfaction with public EV stations also intensified, level satisfaction directly influences development market. This study aimed to identify prioritize needs improve their design functionality, ultimately enhancing effectively promoting sustainable Using KJ method, this identified 23 key categorized them into must-be, one-dimensional, attractive, indifferent requirements using Kano model. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was subsequently applied rank these by importance. results indicate that, in optimization station most critical include C1 gun stability (0.3176), C2 system (0.2822), C7 safety performance (0.0885), C15 payment convenience (0.0648), C8 accurate feedback on status (0.0501). provides valuable insights designers developers, offering a user-centered approach optimizing improving overall experience.
