Building on our prior research with a national survey sample of 5385 US participants, the Pooled Rideshare Acceptance Model (PRAM) was built upon two factor analyses. This exploratory study extends PRAM framework using Multigroup Analyses (PRAMMA) to examine how 16 demographic variables influence and interact acceptance (PR), filling gap in understanding user segmentation personalization. Using this methodological approach allowed for evaluation such as safety, privacy, service experience, environmental impact vary across diverse groups, including gender, generation, driver’s license, rideshare education level, employment status, household size, number children, income, vehicle ownership, typical commuting practices. Factors convenience, comfort, passenger safety did not show significant differences moderators, suggesting their universal importance all demographics. Furthermore, geographical significantly relationships within model, consistent different regions. The findings highlight need move beyond “one size fits all” approach, demonstrating that tailored strategies may be crucial enhancing adoption satisfaction PR services among various groups. analyses provide valuable insight policymakers companies looking optimize increase engagement PR.
