The government plays a decisive role in the general stability and sustainable development of business community tourism enterprises particular. recent Covid-19 pandemic has served as clear evidence government’s crucial support for businesses. This study was conducted to explore measure impact on firm performance small medium Vietnam from perspective leaders. Data were collected based survey 798 leaders working enterprises. results showed that before, during, after pandemic, through tax policies, credit legal procedure labor social welfare positively influenced mediating enhancing competitive advantage. However, this found digital transformation medium-sized had an insignificant improving advantage performance. contribute enriching overall theory provide policy managerial implications stakeholders future. Purpose This research aims at investigating how business process management capabilities (BPMC) impact the effectiveness of sustainable digital transformation (ESDT). Furthermore, it delves into mediation dynamic decision-making (DDM) in relationship between BPMC and ESDT. Design/methodology/approach employed hypothetico-deductive technique. The statistical database was generated from sample 712 respondents small medium companies (SMEs) Vietnam, utilizing convenience snowball sampling methods. two-step structural equation modeling, supported by SmartPLS version 4.1.0.9 AMOS 28, to assess measurement model, while used evaluate model. Findings results analysis emphasize significant positive correlations proposed constructs related significance effect size. indicated that had a beneficial on partially mediated DMM. Practical implications salient point emphasized practitioners should prioritize enhancing focus DDM, as this would significantly facilitate more comprehensive solutions, enabling SMEs achieve optimal success transformation. The rapid development of digital technology has prompted many enterprises to carry out transformation. For SMMEs (small- and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises), transformation is not only a necessary measure deal with changes in the external environment but also key opportunity stimulate vitality internal innovation. At same time, series innovation activities caused by it, as well various models that have evolved from are closely related managerial cognition. On premise regarded an enterprise activity, this study discusses ways which drives model SMMEs.
