Wheat farming is of utter importance in every country around the world, since it a critical crop that contributes to food security and rural development. Given this importance, research work investigates trends, determinants, spatial variability Polish wheat production between years 2004 2023, with key interest productivity, resilience, sustainable farming. This will apply spatiotemporal analysis, statistical modeling, ARIMA forecasting identification environmental, economic, policy factors interact yield. Determinants include climatic variables, temperature, precipitation, costs, market prices. These results point great regional disparities yield; apparently better regions, such as Opole Pomerania, enjoy exceptionally good environmental conditions access modern technology, while regions like Podlasie Subcarpathia are characterized by poor soil quality shortage resources. paper has pointed out need for differential intervention policies could contribute reducing yield gaps, increasing resilience climate change, hence contributing growth. The stabilized yields projected underline sector various challenges, from fluctuations. also indicate how innovative practices, supported enabling frameworks, essential promotion an environmentally friendly way, precision agriculture. present provide useful tools policymakers, researchers, other stakeholders providing active insights into achieve equitable agricultural development Poland.
