Tourism is a key component of many global cities, contributing to their development. This paper examines the relationship between Travel and Development Index (TTDI) Presence Global Cities (PGC). Using linear regression models, we analyzed this across different regions income groups based on sample 119 countries, focusing how variations in PGC are associated with changes TTDI scores. We data results from 2019 (pre-COVID-19), 2021 (during COVID-19), 2024 (post-COVID-19). The analysis revealed consistent positive these years, suggesting that countries higher levels generally achieve scores, emphasizing important role city performance tourism Moreover, indicated while development stable over time, it varies groups. These findings underscore importance boosting competitiveness, offering valuable insights for policymakers guiding future research.
