The presence of mosquitoes in a certain area is sufficient evidence the transmission diseases, addition to inconvenience and harassment they cause population. In order for mosquito control be successful, there must reports information about extent distribution spread this area. This study was conducted seasonally calculate abundance initially detect hepatitis C virus most abundant species collected some localities: Kafr Saqr (Hanot, El-Kodah, Abo Shokok, El-Hagarsa); Kebeer (Manshat Radwan, Bane Aiat, Al-Rahmania, Horbat); Diarb Negm (Safor, El-Asaied, Karmot Sahbara, Saft Zreka); El-Zakazik (Om El-Zein, Bany Amer, Al-Zankalon, Shanbrt El-Mimona) along Sharkia Governorate. According results, 12 belonging two genera were recorded four stations (16 sites). Culex pipiens found across majority locations. It reaching its peak Al-Zankalon with maximum count 139 ± 7.61 individuals. C. antennatus exhibited significant level (p < 0.001), especially Al-Rahmania (82.5 4.3). Species such as perexiguus An. pharoensis moderate-to-low numbers. prevailing all locations seasons, during summer. Other like are also important, although their significance somewhat less pronounced. Clusters sites similar features indicate that specific or exhibit consistent patterns activity throughout several seasons.
