This study aims to develop a process calculate the carbon footprint of company in textile sector for automotive industry, thus addressing research gap identified this sector. Based on structured calculation model, project aspires innovate by quantifying not only greenhouse gas emissions at different stages company’s operations, including those generated consumed electricity and gas, but also related external in-house transportation solid waste management. The approach includes design specific calculator, capable integrating variables such as energy consumption, transport types waste, analysing them light recognised conversion factors. tool allows detailed assessment supports strategic decision-making, guiding implementation more sustainable business practices. results indicate that, considering use renewable sources, total amount approximately 18 thousand tonnes dioxide equivalent. On other hand, non-renewable energy, purchased accounts 31 megawatt-hours per year, corresponding 5 equivalent, with twisting area being largest consumer 89% usage, followed dipping area. In terms mobile combustion, raw materials contribute 1373 million while finished products generate 1869 Among most impactful variables, stationary combustion stand out main contributors. These findings highlight need concrete measures mitigate climate change, transitioning from natural green electric power; identifying companies suitable treatment solutions, changes that reduce disposable, easily substitutable materials; making electricity; exploring alternative methods or combining modes, using vehicles short distances; optimizing routes. initiatives reinforce commitment development goals promotion responsible environmental
