Relational governance, as a flexible and informal mechanism, plays critical role in addressing the challenges of construction projects VUCA environment. However, existing research has rarely examined relational governance mechanisms from resilience perspective. Furthermore, current studies on organizational often overlook static characteristics, leaving interplay between dynamic underexplored. To address this gap, study aims to explore how influences project performance through resilience, with focus mediating roles resilience. Empirical data were collected 270 professionals, questionnaire design refined expert interviews pilot ensure validity reliability. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed assess relationships. The findings indicate that positively opportunistic behaviors participants improving performance.
