Purpose: The dynamic relationship between the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, green supply chain practices (GSCP), organizational culture and sustainability performance is researched, focus on emerging markets context. It explains how these variables influence each other in pursuit within organizations during digital transformation. Design/Methodology/Approach: There was a basis quantitative research methodology which adopted use structured questionnaires that were distributed to 358 professionals from manufacturing, logistics, energy IT sectors. This assessed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) data order test direct mediated relationships constructs. Findings: Results indicate technologies imprint positively implementation performance. found GSCP significantly mediates link technology outcomes also strengthens culture. Implications/Originality/Value: study has implications for managers who can this roadmap align internal achieve goals. For where institutional support model very applicable, both advancing academic theory practice.
