The optimization of the business environment makes regional economic development more dynamic. Whether this can be used as an influencing factor to promote green innovation enterprises is worthy attention. Based on concept digitalization and collaborative transformation, combined with panel data A-share listed companies in China’s capital market from 2016 2020 corresponding index each province, paper empirically tests impact enterprises’ its channel mechanism by using a two-way fixed-utility model. findings are follows: Firstly, has significant positive innovations, conclusion still valid after series endogenous robustness tests. Secondly, foster conditions conductive promoting digital transformation. Through empirical tests, chain-channel identified whereby environments via ability, willingness pursue environmental management. Finally, further analysis reveals heterogeneity innovation, pronounced state-owned enterprises, high-tech low-polluting enterprises. research provide specific reference basis for Chinese government optimize effectively

This paper presents the innovative key knowledge breakthroughs achieved as one of results BUILD2050 Erasmus+ project, focused on its contribution to advancing climate-resilient building engineering education and practice. In a recent work, new methodologies applied in initiative were presented. work discusses incorporation courses dissemination for sustainability trans-European training experience. The challenge faced by European Union 2050 is achieving climate neutrality decarbonization across all economic sectors, including significantly impactful construction sector. To achieve this objective, it necessary develop technologies an integrated way, following holistic approach appropriately adapted climatic conditions, cultural contexts, natural resource availability through circular economy methodologies. end, methods with multidisciplinary content, incorporating transnational perspective scope, enabling continuous updating learning cycles. These study cycles could be shorter more complementary, allowing greater flexibility acquisition while also creation specialized programs similar those currently available. project has developed transformative educational framework comprising eight comprehensive “Pilot Training” address critical integrating circularity concepts into curricula at levels, professional development. Addressing gap essential transforming sector global goals. demonstrate potential structured, experiences enhance competencies support transition climate-neutral construction. Moving forward, widespread adoption these advancements will vital ensuring sustainable built environment 2050.
