Objective: This research seeks to analyze the expectations regarding corporate social responsibility (CSR) of consumers financial services in Chile times Covid-19 pandemic. Method: applies an exploratory study design. Data is collected through a quantitative measurement scale from services. The sample made up Chile. An factor analysis (EFA) applied, then descriptive statistics, measures central tendency and internal consistency coefficients are determined. Then, statistical differences examined according sociodemographic characteristics subjects. Results Discussion: challenges brought about by new demands increasingly complex society motivate organizations develop CSR strategies. In this sense, research, opinions make strategies generic, broad transversal. implementation actions for particular sector concrete way leaves hands decision-maker that socially responsible should have. All which include decent work has about. Conclusions: SDGs SDG 8 have theoretical practical relationships with respect CSR. Because they seek improve quality life people well-being communities general. industry must implement consistent requirements stakeholders.
