Teaching environmental chemistry today involves both conventional and digital learning modes. Traditional approaches such as lectures, problem-solving, laboratory exercises, offer content that is more or less structured with direct interaction, but not active engagement, interactivity, enough resources are often found wanting. To better learn the subject, blended has been introduced, including some important tools like online facilities, simulations, virtual labs. These ensure access increase participation major con students show low motivation because of unequal to tools, challenge teachers face using new student motivation, problems in assessment. Its use grown, effectiveness learning, especially stoichiometry mass balance, which considered be rather complex, well documented. This review aimed answer how traditional, digital, work education what benefits challenges each are. While traditional methods inclined encourage interaction instructor, already appears passive sometimes disconnected from real situation outside classroom, method will put forward greater interactivity personalization, though much now depend on individual technology. A balanced approach evidenced by strong points imbibed modes, but, however, intelligence required apply it steer clear further weaknesses. For improvement teaching Environmental Chemistry, essential invest infrastructure, faculty training, strategies innovative models If applied strategically, then can bridge effectively between theory practice, making Chemistry engaging, inclusive, outcome-based.

Clinical practicum is a vital part of nursing education. A supportive clinical learning environment (CLE) essential for students' learning, professional integration, and well-being, as well ensuring high-quality patient care throughout their careers. This study aimed to evaluate midwifery satisfaction with the CLE, identify factors associated in Morocco. cross-sectional involved 1175 students from two Moroccan higher education institutes during 2022 − 2023 academic year. Data was collected using Arabic version Learning Environment, Supervision, Nurse Teacher Scale (CLES + T). The mean scores overall CLES T scale its dimensions were calculated by averaging item ratings, indicating greater CLE. Student characteristics analyzed student's t-test or analysis variance assess levels across groups. Linear regression employed linked student Students showed moderate level experiences, score 3.21 out 5. They expressed great leadership style ward manager but reported decreased supervisory relationship role nurse teacher. least satisfied midwifery, last year students, those achieving hospital wards, shorter placements, who had unsuccessful supervision, without consistent supervisor meetings. Significant enhancements are required Morocco's shift team supervision individual recommended, accompanied robust preceptor training program enhance supervision. Moreover, teachers should explore new educational methods substitute lack in-person interactions settings.
