With its profound impact, climate change has emerged as the most significant challenge for economic development. The primary cause of this global crisis is “fossil” capitalism, which denotes pollution caused by greenhouse gas emissions. At European Union (EU) level, countries have formulated environmental policies within framework Green Deal.
