Abstract The circular Pythagorean fuzzy set is an expansion of the intuitionistic (CIFS), in which each component represented by a circle. Nevertheless, even though CIFS improves representation, it still restricted to inflexible interpretation triangle (IFIT) space, where square sum membership and nonmembership environment cannot exceed one. To overcome this restriction, we provide fresh extension called n,m -rung orthopair (C -ROFS), allows IFIT region be expanded or contracted while maintaining features CIFS. Consequently, decision makers can assess items over wider more flexible range when using C -ROFS, allowing for making delicate decisions. In addition, define several basic algebraic arithmetic operations on such as intersection, union, multiplication, scalar discuss their key characteristics together with some known relations -ROFS. present study new weighted average/geometric aggregation operators properties. In order to further investigate the level of online medical services in China and improve experience patients, this study aims establish an review-driven picture fuzzy multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) approach for service evaluation doctors. First, based on Aczel–Alsina t-norm t-conorm, normal operations involving a variable parameter are defined make corresponding more flexible than other operations. Second, two aggregation operators developed, properties discussed as well. Third, combined with review information China’s platform Haodaifu, attributes their weights obtained, which can model objective. Fourth, extended complex proportional assessment (COPRAS) method quality is proposed. Finally, empirical example presented verify feasibility validity proposed method. A sensitivity analysis comparison also conducted demonstrate effectiveness flexibility approach.

Effective franchise selection is crucial for global brands like Pizza Hut to maintain consistent quality and operational excellence amidst a competitive landscape. This paper introduces novel confidence-interval circular intuitionistic fuzzy set (CIC-IFS) framework, designed address the intricate challenges of master sub-franchise in European market. By integrating competence coefficients decision-makers into final evaluations, model allows more accurate representation expert judgments. Decision-makers can choose from various scenarios, ranging super pessimistic optimistic, using ten forms aggregation operations over index matrices. The proposed approach leverages confidence intervals within paradigm capture uncertainty, vagueness, hesitancy inherent decision-making process. A case study involving Hut’s demonstrates model’s efficacy differentiating potential franchisees identifying those best aligned with brand’s values. results indicate significant improvement accuracy compared traditional methods other approaches, thereby enabling make informed decisions solidify its market position.
