Background/Objectives:
Immunoglobulin
A
(IgA)
vasculitis
(IgAV),
classically
known
as
Henoch-Schönlein
purpura
(HSP),
is
a
type
of
nonthrombocytopenic
small-vessel
vasculitis.
HSP
the
most
frequent
kind
systemic
in
children,
characterized
by
purpura,
arthritis
or
arthralgia,
gastrointestinal
pain,
and
kidney
dysfunction.
The
aim
our
research
was
to
investigate

clinical
characteristics
children
diagnosed
with

Conclusions:

Asthma
and
atherosclerosis
are
chronic
conditions
with
distinct
pathophysiologies,
but
overlapping
inflammatory
mechanisms
that
suggest
a
potential
common
regulatory
framework.
MicroRNAs
(miRNAs),
small
non-coding
RNA
molecules
modulate
gene
expression
post-transcriptionally,
could
be
key
players
in
linking
these
disorders.
This
review
outlines
how
miRNAs
contribute
to
the
complex
interplay
between
asthma
atherosclerosis,
focusing
on
involved
pathways,
immune
cell
regulation
vascular
remodeling.
We
discuss
specific
miRNAs,
such
as
miR-155,
miR-21
miR-146a,
which
have
been
shown
cytokine
production
T
differentiation,
impacting
respiratory
cardiovascular
health.
The
found
both
emphasize
their
role
biomarkers,
also
therapeutic
targets.
Understanding
molecular
connections
may
unlock
novel
approaches
for
innovative,
integrated
treatment
strategies
address
significantly
improve
patient
outcomes.
Further
research
is
needed
explore
mechanistic
pathways

translational

Background/Objectives:

study
investigates
the
relationship
between
food
attitudes
and
management
of
eating
behavior
from
a
psycho-nutritional
perspective,

Model
(HBM).

influence

attitudes,

pathways

dieting

Purpose
We
aimed
to
investigate
the
knowledge
and
awareness
level
of
osteoporosis,
its
risk
factors,
possible
causes
underdiagnosis,
as
well
preventive
measures
lifestyle
behavior
Romanian
population.
Patients

A
non-interventional,
cross-sectional
study
was
performed,
consisting

in-person
survey,
in
10
pharmacies
located
both
urban
rural
settings
Romania.

patients
≥40
years
old.

189
respondents,
78.8%

women,

60–69
(31.7%)

women
