В умовах Індустрії 4.0 підвищується людська цінність, «персоналізація» стане головною рисою 5.0. Тому актуальним стає питання розуміння складових людського капіталу та ефективне управління людськими ресурсами в застосування новітніх технологій. Використання таких технологій як Інтернету Речей (IoT), Великих даних (Big Data), Систем виробництвом (MES), хмарних може не лише полегшити рутину працю людини, а значно підвищити продуктивність вивільнити час працівників для креативної діяльності, розвитку певних soft skills (м’яких універсальних навичок), які мати розвивати штучний інтелект. У статті розглядається поняття «людського капіталу», його складові перспективи 4.0. Зазначено, що під «людським капіталом» розуміється сукупність індивідуальних цінностей, психологічний фізіологічний стан, знання досвід, культурні традиції, комунікативні вміння, моральні цінності, тощо. наголошено, людський капітал має нематеріальну природу, носить потенційний синергетичний характер. Він формується за рахунок взаємодії складових. розглянуто основні риси особливості використання Серед зазначених рис такі: цифрова компетентність, навчання перепідготовка, співпраця з технологіями, фокус на творчості інноваціях, гнучкість мобільність, етика кібербезпека, адаптація. Метою даної праці є дослідження особливостей 4.0. Підкреслено, носієм кваліфікований досвідчений персонал, розвиток якого доцільно інвестувати кошти. підкреслено, інвестування знань, умінь, компетенцій можуть призводити до значного тривалого соціального економічного ефектів.

Background: Governments face critical decisions regarding road remediation projects, requiring careful economic evaluation, especially in countries like Slovakia where infrastructure is crucial for attracting foreign investment. These are complex, involving short-term and long-term costs revenues, along with inherent uncertainty about future outcomes. Traditional assessments often fail to capture the full scope of these factors, potentially leading suboptimal choices. Methods: This study proposes four probability-based models: Short-term Model (SM), Long-term-Short-term (LSM), Social (SLSM), a Time Aspect (TLSM). models incorporate probabilistic functions calculate expected profits, considering various factors such as reparation costs, financial compensations, social time-related well benefits increased investment lives saved. Results: The proposed were partially validated through an ex post analysis past project on 1/18 (E50) under Strecno castle cliff Slovakia. demonstrated models’ utility multi-criteria decision-making transportation problems, highlighting their ability complex interplay societal factors.
