Against the backdrop of intensifying anti-globalisation, scientific and technological cooperation among regional international organisations plays an increasingly significant role. Cooperation Shanghai Organization (SCO) countries has continued deepening—expanding from security domain to include education, science, technology, other areas—and become important aspect cooperation. This study uses Web Science core collection co-publications construct a collaborative network explore characteristics influencing factors SCO. The main findings are as follows. (a) amount notably increased after 2015. Chemistry, physics, engineering, computing, application-oriented subjects, research areas collaboration. (b) Major differences exist in linkages institutions between SCO member states network, based on Social Network Analysis. (c) A Quadratic Assignment Procedure regression analysis reveals that academic size social proximity key promoting Further, geographical distance, economic proximity, language similarity, university were heterogeneous certain years.

Persaingan ketat di sektor Industri telah memaksa setiap perusahaan untuk berinovasi pada produknya. Sebagai salah satu hasil penelitian dan pengembangan industri, prototipe memainkan peran mendukung terciptanya inovasi produk. Tujuan ini adalah memodelkan dampak belanja, jumlah personil, skema jenis kerjasama litbang skala industri terhadap status penciptaan dalam lingkup industri. Analisis dilakukan data Survei Litbang Indonesia tahun 2021 melalui regresi logistik. Adapun yang menggunakan stepwise menghasilkan model dengan variabel memiliki tingkat signifikansi terbaik. Hasil menyebutkan bahwa personil litbang, SDM institusi asing pendanaan pemerintah pusat menjadi faktor signifikan luaran prototipe. menengah cenderung lebih banyak jika dibandingkan besar. dari Pemerintah Pusat merupakan aspek paling tinggi mempengaruhi Investasi kompeten bisa solusi mengantisipasi kecilnya nilai odds ratio litbang. Selain itu, otoritas berwenang perlu terus meningkatkan ekosistem riset baik. [Logistic Regression Model of Prototype Creation as an Output Industrial R&D Activities] Intense competition has forced every company to innovate its products. As one the research and development outputs in industrial sector, prototypes play a role support creation product innovation. The purpose this study is impact expenditure, number personnel, type cooperation scheme industry scale on prototype scope. analysis was carried out from Indonesian Survey through logistic regression. regression using produce best model. results stated that scale, HR with foreign institutions funding central government were significant factors producing output. Medium-scale industries tend more than large-scale ones.
