3D
models,
particularly
with
Building
Information
Modeling
(BIM)
technology,
faces
inherent
challenges
due
complex
individualistic
nature
skateparks.
The
crux
lies
in
acquiring
credible
comprehensive
spatial
construction-related
information.
Geospatial
data
emerges
as
a
viable
solution,
effectively
addressing
skatepark’s
myriad
forms
while
upholding
information
accuracy
reliability.
By
gathering,
processing,
integrating
Terrestrial
Laser
Scanning
drone-based
photogrammetry
point
cloud
data,
precise
foundation
is
established
BIM
model
generation.
Leveraging
integrated
photographic
aids
identifying
elements
construction
materials,
facilitating
creation
detailed
technical
documentation
life-like
visualizations.
This
not
only
supports
condition
assessment
maintenance
planning,
but
also
assists
strategically
planning
facility
expansions,
renovations,
or
component
replacements.
Moreover,
technology
streamlines
management
preserving
vital
object-related
structured
database,
enhancing
overall
efficiency
effectiveness.

Purpose
This
study
aims
to
investigate
the
relationship
between
collective
anxiety
relating
introduction
of
artificial
intelligence
(AI)
technologies
in
construction
companies
and
team
innovative
behaviours,
purposing
a
potential
mediation
role
employees’
coping
strategies.
Design/methodology/approach
The
deductive
nature
research
dedicated
quantitative
methodology.
Structural
equation
modelling
was
conducted
on
data
set
540
randomly
chosen
responses
an
online
questionnaire
from
European-based
employees.
Findings
results
showed
significant
positive
AI
behaviour.
relationships
were
also
statistically
significant.
While
emotion-
relationship-focused
had
with
behaviour,
problem-focused
negative
relationship.
An
explanation
cognitive
psychology
is
offered
for
this
finding.
Practical
implications
There
organizations
increase
behaviours
through
supporting
strategies
anxiety.
Approaches
include
open
discussions
