Abstract
This
study
explores
the
effects
of
prenatal
co-exposure
to
alcohol
and
synthetic
cannabinoids
on
offspring
viability,
physical
development,
neurobehavioral
outcomes
in
young
adulthood.
The
aim
is
identify
distinct

single-drug
exposures

sex-specific
vulnerabilities

C57Bl/6J
mice

assigned

treatment
groups:

Abstract
Prenatal
exposure
to
alcohol
and
tobacco
has
been
associated
with
child
regulatory
abilities
problems,
but
less
is
known
about
the
associations
cannabis
exposure.
This
review
seeks
address
this
gap
primarily
focusing
on
effects
of
maternal
use
child.
Thus,
we
investigate

between
pre-
postnatal

underlying
neurobiological
mechanisms

mediating
associations.

systematic
literature
was
