Maize
(Zea
mays
L.),
a
food
crop
cultivated
worldwide,
is
renowned
for
its
nutritional
and
economic
value.
However,
quality
can
be
significantly
affected
by
various
storage
conditions,
leading
to
changes
in
composition

harmful
substances,

aflatoxins.

maize
quality,
