Abstract
In
the
present
study,
Alphinia
officinarum
rhizome
extract
and
zinc
nitrate
hexahydrate
were
utilized
to
synthesize
eco-friendly
cost-effective
oxide
(ZnO)
nanoparticles
(NPs).
Nanoparticles
of
Zinc
have
attained
unique
research
interest
among
various
metal
oxides.
Morphological
characterizations
ZnO
NPs
analyzed
using
X-ray
diffraction
(XRD),
Fourier
transform
infrared
spectroscopy
(FTIR),
scanning
electron
microscope
(SEM)
used
characterize
NPs.
FTIR

revealed
presence
functional
groups
in
XRD,

crystal

The
antimicrobial
activities
tested
on
microorganisms,
that
is,
