This study aimed to explore the impact of acute acidification on antioxidant, metabolic performance, and liver histology juvenile yellowfin tuna. The experiment subjected tuna a pH gradient environment 8.1, 7.6, 7.1, 6.6 for 48 h. findings indicate that seawater 7.1 significantly impacts antioxidant systems in comparison control group. At there were observed increases glutathione reductase (GR), total capacity (T-AOC), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), hexokinase (HK), pyruvate kinase (PK), sodium-potassium ATPase (Na+K+-ATP), calcium-magnesium (Ca2+Mg2+-ATP). Conversely, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density (HDL-C), triglycerides (TGs) not different across treatment groups. However, an increase transaminases at suggested potential damage, which was further supported by structural tissue degeneration hepatocyte vacuolation. In conclusion, under conditions stress, is decrease suppression levels tuna, leading oxidative damage. lays foundation in-depth understanding response mechanisms as well healthy farming broader context acidification.

The present study was designed to examine the dietary supplementation effect of formic acid, biotin or their combination on growth performance, digestive enzymes activity, some serum biochemical parameters, histopathological alterations and survival common carp fish (Cyprinus carpio) challenged with Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection. Approximately, 150 carps (50±3g) were divided randomly into five experimental groups in triplicate, G1: negative control; without any supplementation; G2: positive then IP injection (1x105CFU/ 0.2ml/fish) V. day 45; G3: fed a prepared ration supplemented 0.2% acid for 45 days as previously; G4: 0.06mg/ kg challenged; G5: both challenged. After feeding trials, higher weight gain % specific rate lower FCR observed G5, G3, G4, respectively, than control groups. Total protein, albumin, globulin, activity significantly all when compared control, especially G5. days, decreased levels ALP, ALT, AST, creatinine, urea recorded control. increased from 46.6% G2 up 93.3, 86.6 83.3% respectively. Histopathological revealed appearance normal structure hepatic, renal splenic tissue G5 G3 Generally, it could be stated that good choices additives targeting enhancement performance rate.

Rotenone, as a common pesticide and insecticide frequently found in environmental samples, may be present aquatic habitats worldwide. Exposure to low concentrations of this compound cause alterations the nervous system, thus contributing Parkinsonian motor symptoms both vertebrates invertebrates. However, effects chronic exposure doses rotenone on activity neurotransmitters that govern functions specific molecular mechanisms leading movement morbidity remain largely unknown for many In study, we analyzed poisoning exerts dopamine (DA) acetylcholine (ACh) synthesis enzymes central system (CNS) Asian shore crab, Hemigrapsus sanguineus (de Haan, 1835), elucidated association its locomotor behavior with Parkinson’s-like symptoms. An immunocytochemistry analysis showed reduction tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) median brain ventral nerve cord (VNC), which correlated subsequent decrease crabs. We also observed variation cholinergic neurons’ activity, mostly regions VNC. Moreover, rotenone-treated crabs signs damage ChAT-lir neurons These data suggest treatment decreases DA level VNC ACh leads progressive irreversible reductions crab’s life span, changes behavior.
