Monitoring, analyzing, and managing public sentiment surrounding urban emergencies hold significant importance for city governments in executing effective response strategies maintaining social stability. In this study, we present a study which was conducted regarding the self-built house collapse incident Changsha, China, that occurred on 29 April 2022, with focus leveraging Sina Weibo (a Twitter-like microblogging system China) comment data. By employing Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic model, identified key discussion themes within comments explored emotional spatio-temporal characteristics of discourse. Furthermore, utilizing geographic detectors, investigated factors influencing spatial variations Our research findings indicate can be categorized into three main themes: “Rest Peace Deceased”, “Wishing Safety”, “Thorough Investigation Self-Built Houses”. Regarding features, overall expressed discourse displayed positivity, albeit fluctuations during different stages incident, including initial occurrence, rescue efforts, establishment accountability investigative committees. Text mining is a technological trend often highlighted in the continuous exchange of information through interconnected media. Its applicability goes beyond private organizations, as public sector also requires it to treat textual regarding services offered. Bhutan is one of the few countries in world to take unprecedented steps control spread COVID-19 country. This study aimed investigate knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) their associated covariates among patients attending Phuentsholing Hospital, Bhutan. Therefore, a cross-sectional was conducted Hospital between March 17 April 9, 2021, using an interview-administered questionnaire. The multivariable logistic regression used identify statistically significant good KAP. Further, association levels KAP scores assessed Pearson's correlation coefficient. Of 441 participants, 54.6% (241) were female. Knowledge, score reported by 55.3%, 51.8%, 83.7% respectively.
