Thiazines
are
a
class
of
heterocyclic
molecules
that
have
not
been
extensively
studied
for
their
pharmacological
effects.
Various
methods
synthesizing
thiazine
derivatives
can
be
found
in
the
literature.
This
review
examines
various
techniques
thiazines
using
environmentally
friendly
approaches.
Thiazine
synthesized
compounds
exhibit
wide
range
biological
activities,
such
as
antibacterial,
antifungal,
antitumor,
antimalarial,
antineoplastic,
antiviral,
anti-inflammatory,
analgesic,
and
anticancer
properties.
These
considered
valuable
group
medicinal
substances
merit
additional
research.
