Thiazines are a class of heterocyclic molecules that have not been extensively studied for their pharmacological effects. Various methods synthesizing thiazine derivatives can be found in the literature. This review examines various techniques thiazines using environmentally friendly approaches. Thiazine synthesized compounds exhibit wide range biological activities, such as antibacterial, antifungal, antitumor, antimalarial, antineoplastic, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anticancer properties. These considered valuable group medicinal substances merit additional research.
