It is essential to protect cancer patients from contracting COVID-19 through vaccination. A majority of are recommended by international health authorities take up the vaccines. vaccine refusal among during pandemic period under-researched. This study investigated factors based on Health Belief Model (HBM).A cross-sectional was conducted female breast patients, male/female thyroid and gynecological in Shantou, China April August 2022 (n = 1,115). Multinomial logistic regression analysis adjusted for socio-demographics test COVID-19. Adjusted odds ratios two models comparing vs. "vaccine non-refusal" ever-vaccination were derived presented.Of all participants, prevalence refusal, non-refusal," 25.9, 22.2, 51.8%, respectively. Despite the initial optimistic projections from various countries and evidence that vaccination against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) reduces associated hospitalization rates mortality, vaccine hesitancy refusal among healthcare personnel (HCP) became a major public health concern globally. The aim of this survey was to estimate knowledge about Italian Vaccination Plan for HCP attitudes occupational vaccinations who refused COVID-19 were suspended work. A total 52 participated in study. Nurses prevalent profession refusers. About COVID-19, 24 (26.2%) all responders have been involved care 21 (40.4%) had history COVID-19. None received influenza pneumococcus past. Knowledge recommended high, ranging 75% 98% by vaccine. Instead, any mandatory policy HCP. Finally, most questioned expected benefits safety vaccines general, raised issues mistrust information provided authorities compliance with their HCP' recommendations. Palliative care patients are an immunocompromised population, so the cocooning strategy of vaccinating those around them is a suitable protective against infections. This especially significant for infectious diseases such as influenza and COVID-19, which pose challenge to healthcare system. In order improve patient's quality life, it necessary develop research-based, defined strategies. questionnaire-based study was conducted determine level knowledge about SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus vaccination among factual caregivers medical staff in palliative setting. The survey revealed that sources varied depended on one's role. Doctors nurses used professional literature, while other professionals relied Internet, mass media, information from family friends. also showed adherence guidelines not associated with COVID-19 incidence. overall opinion positive, but degree acceptance by were groups least accepting vaccination. To vaccinations, remedial program based education should be implemented using declared respondents. It may help life prevent spread diseases.
