Evaluation of financial performance is crucial for the construction sector since companies from field greatly contribute to development and economy a country. Financial analysis can be utilized understand status companies. ratios are key equations that sort through numbers get clearer look at how well business operating. The performances Malaysia's listed assessed by using proposed TOPSIS model. outcomes this research study display top five performing KERJAYA, SUNCON, AME, GAMUDA, FAJAR. These well-performing able serve as reference benchmark those with lower their continuous improvement. This show its significance in evaluating companies' determining position ranking. beneficial not only company itself future improvement, but also policy maker, stakeholder, investor during decision making process.

Due to technical limitations and the characteristics of launch power system propellant, its support capability is affected by many factors links. In process mission support, it necessary consider both quality safety during process, which bring difficulties accuracy evaluation. this regard, evaluation indexes constructed according requirements total management theory, theory equipment characteristics. setting system, technique for order preference similarity an ideal solution method (TOPSIS method) used screen make more scientific. The subjective weights obtained relation analysis (G1 objective entropy weight (EW are combined game combination weighting obtain weights, reduce error calculation. two-dimensional cloud model evaluate propellant from two dimensions capability, can reflect comprehensively accurately. Through example verification, closeness grades ‘excellent’, ‘good’, ‘average’, ‘poor’ ‘very poor’ calculated be 0.2333, 5.1169, 0.3579, 0.1821 0.1041, respectively, indicating that results closer good. Finally, compared with existing one-dimensional method, superiority research highlighted, has a certain guiding role in improving capability.

The water resource carrying capacity, as a pivotal component of the overall regional natural plays fundamental role in determining feasibility achieving harmonious coexistence among population, economy, and environment regions with limited resources. It holds paramount significance for development."Based on theoretical framework four subsystems, namely resources, society, ecology, this article employs entropy weight method CRITIC to calculate individual weights. combined weights are then determined using game theory. Subsequently, an improved TOPSIS model based grey relational analysis is applied comprehensively evaluate resources capacity Gansu Province from 2009 2022. main obstacles impacting diagnosed obstacle degree model. Finally, time series utilized predict future trends 2023 2030. findings suggest that (1)over study period, exhibited upward trend its value 0.55 (weakly bearable) 2022, representing significant 20% increase compared baseline year 2009. (2)In terms changes, before 2015, Wuwei, Linxia, Dingxi, other places were weakly bearable range [ 0.5,0.6), while cities prefectures critical state 0.4,0.5). After most has improved, especially Jiuquan, Jiayuguan, places, which may be related local government's efforts management water-saving measures. (3)The key factors influencing include ecological consumption, industrial wastewater emissions chemical oxygen demand (COD), urban sewage treatment effective irrigation area agricultural land, consumption rate, per capita daily areas. To promote sustainable utilization it crucial strengthen regulation these major hindering factors. (4)The various states expected witness improvement. By 2030, anticipated all provinces within will reach [0.6,1], thereby progressing towards green trajectory.

Abstract Assessment of water resource carrying capacity is a useful tool for measuring the degree realization and environmental planning. Scientific monitoring evaluation basic requirement building ecological civilization implementing development concept "green green mountains are golden silver mountains". Taking 26 county units in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone Hunan Province as object, 22 indicators were selected, comprehensive weight method subjective objective combination hierarchical entropy weighted summation scoring used to calculate values "county units" during 25-year research period 1997–2021. The results analyzed using gray correlation Ridge regression modeling. After processing input data each layer based on index system, BP neural network training was conducted obtain prediction model future trend analysis. show that: (1) In terms time trend, study area generally stable, between overload critical. change changed greatly among districts counties; (2) spatial distribution, there differences economic zone: around western counties central South higher than northern Yueyang urban area; (3) Among four criteria layers, resources supporting highest, with smallest change, had largest change. decline most relatively rapid development; (4) It predicted that Nanxian, Hanshou, Xiangyin would significantly increase 2025, shifting from critical state, maintaining this coming years; (5) Dingcheng District Changde City gradually transform overload, maintain years. To sum up, key improve prevent pollution, optimize allocation utilization efficiency. recommended our government should continue strengthen awareness environment protection governance measures, regularly conduct performance accuracy governance. Based long-term objectives, we formulate measures protect Lake, promote construction new urbanization, develop industries such agriculture, industry, tourism according local conditions.

Water resource carrying capacity is indispensable for sustainable development, acting as a crucial determinant harmonizing ecological preservation with socio-economic development. This study centers on Hubei Province, which an important water conservation area in the Yangtze River Basin and one of core source areas South-to-North Diversion Project, evaluates three major urban agglomerations Province from 2005 to 2020 based four dimensions resources, economics, society, ecology, using entropy weighting method TOPSIS model construct evaluation index system. We then employ kernel density estimation method, ArcGIS visualization, Dagum Gini coefficient perform comprehensive analysis spatial temporal differences, dynamic evolution, contribution sources. The results show that (1) whole increased severe overload level during period. shows regional distribution pattern where Yi-Jing-Jing-En agglomeration’s surpasses Wuhan agglomeration, bigger than Xiang-Shi-Sui-Shen agglomeration. A lower use rate primarily constrains enhancement resources Province. (2) reveals increase overall across Province’s period, alongside pronounced trend towards polarization. (3) While coefficient, indicating imbalance remains high, it demonstrates declining trend, suggesting growing disparity province’s agglomerations. faces challenges localized vulnerability. Strategies should aim enhance synergy, address these deficiencies directly, devise targeted measures tailored distinct features various clusters.
