A cellulose-based carbon aerogel (CTN) loaded with titanium dioxide (TiO2) and graphitic nitride (g-C3N4) was prepared using sol-gel, freeze-drying, high-temperature carbonization methods. The formation of the sol-gel carried out through a one-pot method refining papermaking pulp, tetrabutyl titanate, urea as raw materials hectorite cross-linking reinforcing agent. Due to ability hectorite, carbonized maintained porous structure had large specific surface area low density (0.0209 g/cm3). analysis XRD, XPS, Raman spectra revealed that were uniformly distributed in CTN, while TEM SEM observations demonstrated three-dimensional CTN. photocatalytic activity CTN determined according its degrade rhodamine B. removal rate reached 89% under visible light after 120 min. In addition, still stable five reuse cycles. proposed catalyst exhibits excellent performance conditions.

The present study highlights the biosynthesis of CuO nanoparticles employing an A. indica seed extract and copper sulphate solution by combustion technique. extract's phytocomponents facilitated reduction process formation oxide (CuONPs). TEM, SEM, FTIR, X-ray diffractometry, XPS, ultravioletvisible spectroscopy were used to analyse pure CuONPs. diffractometers characterized CuONPs produced, demonstrating a 12 nm mean particle size. Cu-O stretching vibration bands detected at 532 cm−1 in FT-IR spectrum. In UV-vis, nanoparticles' optical band gaps 2.75 eV, with maximum absorption wavelength 232 nm. SEM HRTEM examine CuONPs; they displayed spherical undefined shapes sizes 17.4 pollution dye rhodamine B was test photocatalytic activity. presence sunlight, remarkable 85% degradation efficiency attained 60 minutes, constant k (0.9194 min-1) observed. This suggests that Azardirachta extract-derived green-synthesized have potential uses photocatalysis. Furthermore, MTT assay method against human renal adenocarcinoma cancer cells, NPs showed strong anticancer activity, 5 mg/mL as lowest IC50 value. novel green has demonstrated nanoparticle synthesis is very successful cost-effective pollutant adsorption technique for treating wastewater.
