Introduction

As
the
scale
of
marine
economy
continues
to
expand,
problems
environmental
pollution
and
over-exploitation
resources
have
become
increasingly
severe.
The
purpose
this
study
is
realize
sustainable
growth
economy,
rational
utilization
resources,
coordinated
development
protection.
Method:
This
research
first
adopts
system
dynamics
(SD)
model.
It
then
uses
entropy
method
weigh
evaluation
indicators
create
a
coupling
coordination
degree
(CCD)
assessment
simulation
economic–resource–ecological
environment.
We
use
created
SD
model
build
simulate
four
standard
scenarios:
current,
economic,
resource,
environmental.
Finally,
we
propose
suitable
recommendations
for
long-term
based
on
results
CCD

Results
show
following:

term,
economic
scenario
poorly
coordinated,
whereas
more
effectively
coordinated.
However,
in
process,
resource
reasonably
well
