Scaling is one of the common problems in circulating cooling water systems, which can significantly affect efficiency equipment severe cases. At present, problem scaling usually controlled by adding treatment agents. However, taking external system synchronous condenser an ultra-high-voltage converter station as example, due to lack scientific understanding scale inhibitors, there often a excessive dosing, resulting unsatisfactory inhibition effects and difficulties wastewater discharge. In addition, extensive use phosphorus-containing agents has led enrichment phosphorus elements bodies. Therefore, optimal amount AS-582 inhibitor used with best effect was determined through static calcium carbonate deposition experiments, rate 91.4% at 90 mg/L. And mechanism explored, where lattice distortion threshold play important roles. The mixed two green PASP PESA, obtain reduction formula that combined excellent performance low content. When using composite n(AS-582):n(PASP):n(PESA) = 4:1:1, 91.8% content reduced one-third. effectiveness tested dynamic experimental under practical application conditions, proving its value.
