This study examines the factors influencing behavioral intention and usage behavior of e-bikes in Metro Manila National Capital Region (NCR) using constructs from Diffusion Innovation (DOI) theory, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), external variables such as government policies, infrastructure, social influence, public awareness. A cross-sectional survey 340 respondents was analyzed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to explore relationships among these constructs. The results indicate that perceived usefulness (PU), ease use (PEOU), awareness significantly affect intention, which strongly predicts e-bike behavior. Infrastructure also positively impacts use, while trialability enhances usefulness.
