The global expansion of online education is a natural process in developing the information society. purpose this research to study factors that influence stakeholders' attitudes towards learning and their willingness buy courses. To achieve research, there was carried out quantitative analysis results survey comprising 120 respondents regarding determine demand for courses, taking into account user experience during COVID-19 pandemic. paper shows quarantine pandemic social factor which led significant improvement attitude education.
